Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?
Yes, there are many sizes that we offer that are not available online. If you want a size that is not listed, please contact us at office@prayersandprints.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we sell in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As every print is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that your order details, including design, size, and quantity, are correct before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order or if there is a defect in the product, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

2/ Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
3/ Specify which template and version you are using.
4/ Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.
5/ Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to velatheme@gmail.com
